The program is supported by a handful of able faculty members at other Budapest universities who indicated their wish to join us; a set of well-trained mid-career economists who do research and applied work at institutions like the Statistical Office and various local think tanks; as well as a number of senior researchers in the Institute of Economics, Hungarian Academy of Sciences who were instrumental in formulating the main objectives of the Program.
